Statutory Guarantee

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

AUSSIELIFE BATHROOM PRODUCTS PTY. LTD. offers a 5 years warranty on all products to both residential and commercial customers.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but excludes damage caused by misuse or unauthorised repairs. All products must be fitted by qualified and experienced tradespersons as per manufacturer’s instructions where available.

All products guaranteed as follows:
1. Replacement labour costs excluded;
2. 5 years guarantee against casting defaults and porosity;
3. 5 years guarantee against cartridge, aerator and valve defaults;
4. 12 months guarantee on washers and O rings;
5. 5 years guarantee on surface finish

Damages and Issues

Please inspect all products in your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. 

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from accidents or misuse
• Unauthorised alteration, repairs, modifications or substitution of any parts of the product
• Defects caused by improper installation
• Removal and replacement of the product
• Any loss resulting from defects in the product or its components

Please email us at info@aussielife.com.au if your product is defective and covered by the above warranty, with details of the defect, photos of the product and your proof of purchase along with your original order number.
